I have to start by saying Sana is the SWEETEST! This place leaves guests with personal notes (and treats), free pizza and personal service. It was so wonderful to feel at home during an incredibly stressful visit. ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

It is a very beautiful hotel that is very easily accessible by metro and easy access to basically all of our points if interests (smithsonians, parks, museums, etc). I would say the immediate area in any direction for like 2-3 city blocks is pretty safe (it was just my best friend and I, two women traveling) - there a police car posted on a corner every single day at all hours which gave a sense of security. However, after the 2-3 city blocks, one of the directions had a bunch of homeless tents. Nothing at all compared to skid row here in LA, but still a significant amount. Hotel staff was amazing and very accommodating, we ended up with a lot of leftovers that we were able to refrigerate, but there was no microwave that came with our room. We asked the the staff if there was anywhere we could microwave, and they dropped off a microwave! Also, they offered complimentary bottles of water, that was very nice. Loved the hotel, very clean, very accommodating. They have books available if you want to read at night because most everything closes rather early in that area and surrounding area (like 9pm or earlier) so if you're a night owl, you'll have to travel further (but I would not recommend metro anymore - for safety reasons).

Everything was great! Will come back for sure! Its close to everything, great neighborhood, great workers, loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Landing at Bridge District. It looks like the building is relatively new and very secure. The inside was very nice and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. There were TV’s in each bedroom and the living room. A couple of remotes had dead batteries which sucked but wasn’t the end of the world. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and a dishwasher. It was missing some basic things like dish soap and cleaning products. It also would have been nice if there were some salt and cooking oil stocked there but we ended up going to a market to get our own. We also never received the wristband to have access to the pool. Not sure why this happened. The Metro is a quick 10 minute walk from the property which was excellent. There was no need for a rental car as we used the Metro during our entire week long stay. Very convenient. I also felt safe in and around the complex. I also felt safe on the Metro so that was a nice plus too. I do want to mention there seemed to be no food areas nearby to walk to. You would have to get on the Metro to find someplace to eat. Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate returning here.

The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time.
